When you consider how long Jake Paul has been training, he shouldn’t be dismissed as a bad boxer. “When I received the news that he was out and not able to fight, I was just numb,” Paul said in the documentary. Neither Tyson nor fight promoters have publicly revealed what Tyson’s payday will be for this fight, and there has been no official announcement about a purse or contract signed by Paul or Tyson. Boxing industry experts have estimated Tyson could make somewhere in the range of $20 million at various times since the event was announced last March.
